Sweet and sour pork




Sweet and sour pork is a chinese dish but also very well known in whole asia. Every asian country has it's own version of making this dish. It has a tangy and yummy taste which makes sweet and sour pork so popular in some asian retaurants.

Ingredients:

500g pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp salt 
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder or smashed garlic,sliced into small pieces
1 egg,beaten
flour/cornstarch for coating (with  dashes of salt and pepper)
oil for frying

Procedure:

Marinate pork tenderloin with salt,pepper,garlic powder or smashed garlic for at least 30 minutes. Adjust according to your taste.

Begin coating the meat by dipping the pork into the beaten egg and coat  it with flour or cornstarch.







Fry  coated pork meat into the pan with warm oil. Fry until golden brown.







Make  sweet and sour sauce  and pour the sauce into the fried meat. Serve with boiled rice.
