Fresh salad with pineapple juice

This healthy salad is very refreshing and is good as sidedish for meat dishes and fried dishes.

Ingredients

Half carrot (peeled and sliced into circle)
7 round slices of cucumber
10-15 pineapple tidbits
1 tablespoon of sliced union
1 tablespoon of sliced ginger
2 tablespoon of cubed bell pepper (red or green)
half cup of green salad (you can use any fresh green salad)
2 tbsp of pineapple juice
2 tbsp of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste



Procedure:

Mix pineapple juice and lemon juice in a bowl/plate.



 Add bell pepper,salt and pepper. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.




 Ready to serve.
