Carrot Rice

Ingredients:



1 and a half cup rice(washed)
1 carrot (shredded)
2 tbsp of cubed bell pepper
2 cloves garlic (cubed)
2 tbsp of cubed onion
1 tsp salt(or more if you want)
pepper to taste
2 cups of water

Procedure:

1.Mix all the ingredients in a  caserolle or rice cooker (I used tupperware microwave rice cooker)


 2. Add 2 cups of water.



3. Cook for 10-15 mins in a medium heat until it dries . Adjust to low heat and let it stay on the heat for 5 mins.

 4. Done!


5. Carrot rice served with oven grilled chicken.
